It can be a very powerful tool to aid you with your property marketing. Our reports are factually based and provide details that all buyers want to know in one place which can then be emailed or sent to the potential buyer. We present the information in one easy to read and understandable report.

Q: Who should get a Market Profile report?

A: We suggest either a vendor or vendor's agent obtain the report. However, anybody is welcome to request a Market Profile report. However, we cannot guarantee property details if you do not have legal access to the property.

Q: I already have a real estate agent. Can I still get a Market Profile report?

A: Yes, we are happy to deal with real estate agencies. We are able to personalise reports to reflect the agent who you have chosen to act for you as a vendor.

Q: My property is outside of Auckland City. Can I still get a Market Profile report?

A: Currently we only offer the service to Auckland City properties as that is where we are based and have specialist knowledge in the area. However, please use the contact page to get in touch with us if you have a property in another area.

Q: How do I know that the information in the Market Profile report is accurate and up to date?

A: We source information from a variety of different places. We cannot guarantee accuracy of information, but we endeavour to bring you the most up to date information at the time of the report.

Q: Do you charge extra to visit the property to obtain floor plans and take photographs?

A: We can offer you various photography shoot and floor plan options through Property Exposed, our sister company. For more information, visit their website http://www.propertyexposed.co.nz. We recommend you get a floor plan and photographs to make the report as comprehensive as possible. You can, however, supply us with photographs and/or a floor plan to use in the report if you wish.
