Our Mission
Market Profiles was founded in late 2009 with the aim to collate relevant information on the real estate market, which a vendor can then provide to a purchaser as a marketing tool.
We aim to provide a great service but not at huge cost.
Currently we only offer this service for properties in Auckland City. However, we intend to expand the service gradually. Please contact us if you are interested in obtaining a Market Profile outside of the Auckland City area or if you are interested in franchise opportunities.
Our parent company also owns Property Exposed which can visit your property to take photographs and floor plans - the same great service and the same great value for money.

Market Profiles is owned and operated by Sutton Property Group Limited. Sutton Property Group Limited's director is Oliver Sutton (pictured left).
Oliver has been involved in the real estate industry for a number of years and understands the needs of vendors and purchasers in the real estate market. He lives in Auckland CBD and is knowledgeable on the buildings in and around Auckland City.
He keeps up to date with relevant real estate and property legislation.
