- Prices only valid within Auckland City boundaries.
- Prices valid for apartments up to 90 square metres.
- Prices valid for houses up to 140 square metres.
- Add $5+GST per additional 10 square metres to total amount if your property exceeds 90sqm (apartments) or 140sqm (houses).
- Photos & floor plan will be finalised and burned to CD 24-48 hours after the site visit. Please allow time for postage.
- We aim to make floor plans as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee they are to scale.
